Pasta with Broccoli, Edamame, and Walnuts! - Edamame are whole soybeans. They are high in fiber and have a nutty flavor. Look for them with the frozen vegetables in the supermarket. If you cannot find them, you can use peas or lima beans instead.

- Healthy Eating Tips

Frozen or fresh? Frozen fruits and vegetables are just as nutritious and tend to be cheaper than fresh, especially when buying out of season produce! Be sure to buy frozen fruits and vegetables without added sauces, sugar, and salt.
Need an afternoon break? Coffee can wake you up, but then leave you tired again. Instead, grab a piece of fruit & a small handful of nuts and take a 5 minute walk& you'll be refreshed and full of long lasting energy!
