For Community Servings' third annual Mustachio Bashio mustache growing fundraiser, men start off clean shaven on Wednesday, February 1st and grow a mustache style of their choice while soliciting donations from friends, family, and coworkers. Sign up to be a grower!

Ashmont Grill and Tavolo - With Icarus, Chris was one of the first chefs to bring posh cuisine to Boston's then-struggling South End. Now, he's doing it again on his own turf in Dorchester with Ashmont Grill and Tavolo. Since 2005, Ashmont Grill's enthusiastic staff has provided honest, high-end comfort food. Tavolo, which opened in 2008, is more casual-perfect for parking it at the bar to watch the game on the overhead screens or getting a pizza for takeout. Through every endeavor, Chris has supported Community Servings by entertaining LifeSavor diners for years at Icarus and donating delicious pies for Pie in the Sky.

Heather Amsden
Table Captain - In addition to captaining a table at LifeSavor -- which entails recruiting up to nine friends to purchase tickets for the event -- Heather also serves as a co-chair for the Silent Auction committee. A former Community Servings' staff member, we are so lucky that Heather continues to help us as a volunteer. And we are even more lucky to call her a friend.
